Here are the pictures of the master bedroom as promised. The first picture is a little sitting area in the bedroom where I have the small table my Mom refinished.
One thing I love about this bedroom is the big picture window with it's awesome view of the countryside. I am in awe every time I look out this window. I'll be posting pictures of our view sometime in the future.
I'll hope you'll come back tomorrow for a visit. I'm going to be posting pictures of my basement craft area. See you all then!
Hi Kim,

Your room is beautiful! You definitely have a gift for decorating! Do your friends seek your decorating advice? This is a weak area for me, that's probably why I love to peek at everyone else's homes :-)
ReplyDeleteJust gorgeous! I love the colors in the bedspead and your sitting area is just lovely.

You have a sitting area in your bedroom -- sigh! My "sitting area" has become a tiny craft nook with no more room for a chair. Your bedroom is lovely!
ReplyDeleteYour bedroom is so cozy and comforting! It looks like the perfect spot to curl up and take a nap.
ReplyDeleteKim, your bedroom is absolutely beautiful! I love the feminine touch you have, and I can imagine that your friends must come to you all the time for decorating tips.
ReplyDeleteThank you all for your sweet comments about my bedroom. I truly believe that you can decorate without spending a fortune. Most of the items in the bedroom came from family, thrift stores, or were discounted items. I very rarely pay full price for anything.
ReplyDeleteMy close friends all have a wonderful knack for decorating...I wish they'd start blogging. My friend Josie has a sweet cabin that you'd all adore...she is so talented. My friend Mari is living in a home that was built by her grandfather. She too has a beautiful home filled with thrift store, auction, and antique store treasures!
Oh, what a serenely pretty room! Just love it!
