Edited: Second Picture added to this post on Monday, October 1st.
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
It is Sunday evening and I am finally feeling 100% better....Again, I can't thank you enough for your get well wishes and prayers! It's good to be back posting again.

I thought I'd give you a little glimpse into our main bathroom. I just love signs and letters...when I came across these letters in a clearance pile at Target I knew what I wanted to do with them. I found them for less than $1.50 each. I'm not sure if I'm going to paint them or not. (My dh pointed out to me that they're not all pure white.) This is all of the decorating that I have done so far in this bathroom and it was remodeled almost a year ago. Once I get the cabinet painted and hung I'll be sure and post a picture of that.
I decided to add this second picture give you a little better view. This sink was put in the farmhouse when it was remodeled in the early 60's. DH and I decided that we still really liked it. The only thing we changed were the fixtures.

I was tagged by Oak Wind Farm and Daffodil Hill to list Seven Random Things about myself....thank you for thinking of me ladies! I have participated in this previously so here is the link to read them: Seven Random Things
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
I was also tagged by Marie of A Little Bit of Country on the Shore to do a middle name meme, but I'm still working on it! Now that I'm feeling better I can hopefully get this completed.

ReplyDeleteAll you ladies with the cute letters and signs has made me want to have my own! I have chalkboards that I write my own little signs on, but no signs that I can think of anywhere in my house.
ReplyDeleteVery cute, and what a good deal, too!
Sorry to hear you were under the weather!
Melissa
I love your 'BATH' letters! You found quite a good deal on them at that price! :o)
ReplyDeleteI am really glad to hear you are better again Kim! So many people online are not feeling well. It seems so early this year that people are getting sick.
ReplyDeleteI love your letters in your bathroom. I noticed the different whites and thought you intended that. I think they are charming in the various shades of white. I am looking forward to seeing how your painted cupboard comes out. But everything you do is so beautiful!
I can't wait to see the rest of your bathroom. Somehow, gee I'm not sure why, I just know it will be absolutely darling. Glad you're feeling better. Missed you!!
ReplyDeleteLove,
Julie
So glad you are feeling better. I like words too and keep thinking I want to put our last name in letters up somewhere. The "bath" word looks great.

Welcome back, Kim! I'm glad you're feeling 100% again. Love the letters! If you painted them, what colour would you paint them? ~ hugs, Lynda ♥
ReplyDeleteI am glad you are better! I have missed your posts. I love letters, too. Have you checked out the letters at Cherry Hill Cottage?
ReplyDeleteOk, I love wainscoting. And now that I see the rest of the bathroom together, I think you should paint them for a splash of color. But then again, the white on white... Oh heck! I have no clue. But I'm anxious to see what you decide.
ReplyDeleteLove,
Julie
I'm so glad that you are feeling better and I just love your letters! What a great find and the price makes them even better. I think I like them just the way they are :)
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Dena
Oh Kim! I am so glad you kept this beautiful old sink. It is a treasure. People here are now paying big money to buy reproductions of old sinks while other destroy them taking them out of their homes in favor of ultra modern. I think they add such charm to a bathroom.
ReplyDeleteGlad you are feeling better!
ReplyDeleteOh how cute!!!! What a wonderful bathroom you have ~ so fresh and clean! Love the BATH sign...perfect! So glad to hear that you are feeling better, Kim!
