~*Where I Blog*~

Hello dear blogging friends! It sure has been fun hopping around blogland seeing where everyone blogs, so I thought I would join in on the fun. I blog from our dining room.
I tried to create one pretty area on my desk. The teapot belonged to my Mom...I added the "fake" violets. The little saucer is for my glass of water or nice steaming cup of hot tea. I don't want to end up with a water mark on the wood. The little picture was a thrift store find.
I also keep a jar full of some sweets...right now I have Smarties Love Hearts...who knows what will go in it when it's empty.

If you haven't posted where you blog, why not join in on the fun? I'd love to see where you all blog. Thanks again for stopping by, as always I love to hear from you.

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

Thank you all so much for your sweet comments on our family vacation. We had a nice time, but was gone non-stop...I think I needed a vacation from the vacation!

Love, Kim

  3. I haven't seen this going around! I love seeing where you blog from! Right now I am in the living room, in a wing backed chair, using my wireless hook up. I love it because I don't worry about not spending much time with Bob. When I blogged upstairs and he watched tv downstairs, we never saw each other!

  4. Oh I love how yours looks. Mine is so 'busy' looking, but I have so much 'work' stuff. I am a WAHM not a SAHM. I think most people are around in these parts are just now realizing the difference. (I do work for money, but I work out of my home with the flexibility of working around my DD schedule....) For a long time most people thought that meant "volunteer!".

  5. I, too, love how you can just close everything up...that's what I need! Our office desk where I blog is in some serious need of reorganization! I'll tackle it another day! :)

  12. I love your sweet little area there. After my mom moved in we had to move our computer someplace and the only place available was in the dining room. So that's where it is. A little computer desk in the dining room...sigh!

  18. Good morning, Kim -
Oh no - never in a million years would I share where I blog - not right now! It's just too bad. No pretty things to share, just a pile of papers that have stacked up before I went away for a few days, some things I can't explain and odds and ends of things that need to find a home. It looks like a tornado went through here. One of these days I'll get a handle on it, finish decorating the wall above the desk and then I'll share. Or, better yet - maybe I'll get the new desk I'd like to have.

I loved seeing your 'blog spot'. It is so nice and I love the teapot and picture. Your little saucer is a great idea. I have a cute little coaster that I bought several years ago for my desk at work. I love the idea of a pretty saucer and I may 'borrow' the idea but I do like my coaster and it fits my space. It's the only thing right now that seems to fit my desk space!

  27. Kim, I love that computer armoire! I wouldn't have known what it was without you telling.
we ahve a small bedroom set up as our home office. That's where the computer is. We have a hutch type desk, but it is the cheaper "pressed sawdust" type. LOL! But it looks okay and does the job. It is too messy for me to take pics right now.
    Have a great weekend!
