My 13 yo dd thought that the bulletin board in her bedroom was in need of a makeover. We decided to go to the store to find material that would match her room. I cut the material to fit inside the frame of the bulletin board. I used hot glue around the edges to attach the material. (I wanted the fabric to be easy to remove should she change her bedroom colors in the future.) We also purchased some decorative edging to give it a finished look. This was a quick and easy project.
Here is a closeup of the material and edging.
I love your "new" bulletin board - great fabric and trim.

Wonderful! I know your daughter just loves it. I'm sure my 13 year old would!
ReplyDeleteWhat an adorable idea! I especially love the idea that the material can be changed out when the colors of the room change. Very clever:)
