Even though there is still snow on the ground at my home, blogging friends, Spring has sprung a few places around the house! Here is my hutch in the kitchen.
I love these little pitchers...they were a thrift store find.
They're actually measuring cups.
A pewter pitcher filled with spring flowers.
The window above my sink...sorry you can't see it that well...there was glare from the sun (can you see all of the snow in the background?).
More flowers...
A sweet little bird nest always makes me smile!
Thank you for stopping by to visit, sweet blogging friends...I always enjoy your company!
Have a wonderful weekend.
♥ Kim
thanks for sharing spring with us! I actually have a set of those measuring cups, love them!
ReplyDeleteYou are a gal after my own heart!♥ Look at all those thrifty pretties!
ReplyDeleteOh, and this reminds me, I need to clean my dining room shelf and put out some spring inspirations!! ;D
Great little touches of spring. Wow you have a lot of snow, no wonder you are anxious to have some spring feeling in your home. I especially love the little pitcher of flowers on the scales, so cute.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh....I just LOVE your photos. They are so beautiful.

Beautiful Kim! I forget how much I like transferware pieces until I see them again. The only trouble is that I can't seem to make up my mind which ones I like better....red, black or brown!
ReplyDeleteHave a good weekend,
Melissa
Kim everything looks beautiful and ready for Spring! Love the nest in the cloche. ~Lovely! :)
ReplyDeleteKim I really like all of your Spring touches!! I was wondering what you put in the little creamer milk bottles? They are so cute with the flowers in them!! Have a great day.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,

Spring is here along with our snow too. But oh does that sun feel great! Love all of your springy touches!
ReplyDeleteHi Kim!
ReplyDeleteI love your touches of Spring! I dreamed of Spring and we had snow again this week. I have to say, though, it was beautiful. It came mostly during the day and the flakes were so big and fluffy. Our weatherman said for us to watch out for March 17th. We shall see.
I really like the looks of your blog and the fonts. Where I got my template, they told me where to go to change mine but I am afraid to try. Was it hard to do?
Love,
Marie
We woke up to 6 inches of snow - after a few 50 degree days! Your "springtime" looks beautiful and it looks like your allotment of snow is going to be around for a while :-)
ReplyDeleteI love those plates in the first picture, and those measuring cups!
ReplyDeleteYour spring nesting looks wonderful! I love the scale your pitcher of flowers is sitting on.
ReplyDeleteYou doing a great job bringing spring into your house with all of the pretties....I feel badly for you..with the remaining snow to deal with. In Central Illinois, we actually went above 50 degrees today!!! HOORAY. There is just a little bit of snow left. Now we're dealing with MUD!
ReplyDeleteI do have some snowdrops blooming.
Can't wait for the trees to start showing signs of life again!
hugs

Everything is sooo lovely!! Thank you for sharing spring with us!!!
ReplyDeleteBlessings!

Beautiful Spring touches! Love the flowers sitting on the old scale!
ReplyDeleteI can see the snow outside, there is still quite a bit out there! Love the measuring cups, great find. I need to do a little spring decorating. To distress the edges I use an old brown ink pad. I left an ink pad open and it all but dried out, it has enough ink left to do the edges of my cards and tags. I just hit the edges with the pad until I like the look.

Hi Kim, Love all the spring decorations on the in side even if you see snow on the outside. I live in Ohio and the snow is gone...so glad. Like you dollar store treasure.
ReplyDeleteHi Kim - I have looked looking at your lovely spring pictures - just the inspiration I needed to add some spring touches to my own home - thankyou xxx
ReplyDeleteKim, everything looks great. It's always nice to come over for a visit.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!
So pretty! Yes, we can hurry Spring along with our decorations even if it still looks bare outside. :)
ReplyDeleteKim, your home decor is so comforting and inspiring --- right my style! I love it! I also collect little pitchers --- how cool that yours are measuring cups. Oh, and I have a little birds nest cloche like yours too. Isn't it fun to know someone who enjoys the same things? I think so anyway. Be blessed today!
